You can track the status of you packages through your SWOOP account. We will also send you an email and text message when it is ready or pickup.

How do I know what my charges will be?

You can always log into your SWOOP account to check your balance

Can I pay online?

Very soon, you will be able to pay for packages online by logging in to your SWOOP! account. For now, feel free to pay at your SWOOP! counter when you visit to pick up your package.

What methods of payment are accepted when I collect my package?

You can pay via credit/debiat card or cash.
